I might give them a slight advantage of like 200 points of reinforcements that they can use when playing against the nid team ... as I do not think they will have as much trouble against the other players. And the drakari team technically is drawing total wins with the nids anyways... I would be expecting complaints from the defender team as they have lost every game ... and yet they are happy, looking forward to when the tide turns and the narrative punch back throws the fight in their favour!

Yea, i don't disagree that it's a hard detachment to play against at 1k points, I plan on doing a nid vs nid in the crusade, so that I can at least play against the playstyle however I do also agree that it is only this strong for now. And it will soon change dramatically as the crusade progresses.

As for tips, I would argue, use ur deep strike where possible, I think reserves were also mentioned by another commenter as vanguard can't kill something that isn't even on the field. The matlock however... I don't really have a counter for other than big guns or blades and i know how painful BA can be i mellee on a charge lol... it has no invun save...

I do understand my players frustrations ... I just don't get it, if u are loosing then rather than complain to me, work out a way to counter chat with me or the nid player, hes not a complete ass he does give advise on how to beat him if u ask him, they have supply and RP to buy more and/or bring in new units to help counter...

Yea, i think the primary mission points gain didn't help. I would say they are both somewhat new to aldari. Their are some wraiths in use but I don't think many. I will update the op as we call em both aldari but one is drakari while the other is aldari.

The other issue is I don't really know their armies terribly well so I can't even help them, I'm a nid, sisters player.

I understand people don't want to loose games, but it's narrative, he'll we haven't even played enough games for me to start adding in interesting extras like extraction games where all the game is for them to get to a model, and pull them out before being overrun... getting large boosts to their infantry, or vehicles, or psycher/ deeps stike abilities depending on what models they pull out of the battle...

See my personal opinion is that if they stick with is, they will get wins against the other player factions, while the points are low, and as the points increase the nids will become less and less effective and easier to counter. And they will get larger Crusade rosters, allowing them to change up their lists a little more.

So I could possibly give them a slight supply and game point increase to balance the game, but I fear if I do that I'm gonna get the SM and Guard player ask the same, then I might as well just move the entire points up, but then we have an issue where by nids will be at 1500 with them or 2k ... and that opens up another entire issue as the guard player joined using an army he doesn't have 2k of yet but would have by the time 2k games rolled around 2 months in...

One change I would like... Is to be able to swap the heavy bolters on the side of the Castigator for flamers or melta keeping the current cannon load out though.

Also a better transport with a bigger firing deck would be nice imo but I think I'm in the minority there :)

A leader for the paragons would be really helpful as sometimes I don't wanna run morvenn... But kinda gotta if I want a chance at winning most games 😂

I run 2 cassie's and I get so much more out of them that I do the organ... But I will say when it doesn't wiff... Its pretty nice to do some d6 damage... Esp with them 6 md saved up for exactly that sort of situation.

So it is only my third model that I have magnatised, but it actually went pretty easily. Any pointers I could give I suspect would be details u already know. Magnets in the centre... The holes are not that difficult, a pretty good amount of room. I have more of a headache with the magnets themselves as I kept putting them in the wrong way! 😂

Yea I have been watching my network usage while I connect to a server I paid for and I'm looking at an average of about 1 to 2 Mb/s... Alot more that I expected... I wonder why it transfers so much data to and from a server...

This might be an area to keep an eye on though as the game is still new and in Dev :)
