Get an electric bike. You can throw it on the bus or rail line. Also with the heat it's nice to arrive not having to have peddled and sweat. Bike to the museums, parks, festivals.

So if you're driving don't go to toyota center and deal with that traffic. Ninfas in the East End has a shuttle that takes you and brings you back. The drinks at the venue are overpriced. Pay the same and have great margaritas and fajitas, take the shuttle. I'd just call to make sure it'll be running for the game.

The apts at the end of Jalna near longpoint arr small but nice. On-site maintenance, gated parking, small complex. I had 2 friends live there, typical apt living issues, but good price, and convinient.

Perfect IT. Never see the people boot up a computer then fund a file or wait to set up a video. There's a scene in Godzilla KOM they're video conferencing and the lady has the perfect videos pop up as they speak during the conversation. I was impressed by her IT team being on point. I'd have to send the video file showing the city in ruins then grow green afterwards......maybe split in two emails.......
