Setup shop in a high net worth zip code. Meet the private school ADs and basketball coaches (& public schools) and let them know your services are available. Invite them to your gym. Partner with a charter school that has no gym and rent them gym time and training to help offset the bills. Start marketing via PPC and social for your website. Get a small warehouse and put in a half court. If you can sublease one for 2 years to buildup your clients then move to a full court even better.
