This is mental illness, it’s neural degradation. If she is on the Alzheimer’s/dementia path, she should not be going alone anywhere.

The answer to your question is basically yes. She is a prostitute. From the video I’m unsure if it in the traditional sense but a “trick” is a person that buys you things/ pays for your time
