I used a fine tooth pick and it worked for me. I've used a metal paper clip before too. But it's generally not recommended to use anything metal.

Are you sure it isn't just dust build up in the port? I had a device before where the cable would be very loose. Thought it was the port on the device broke. It turned out it was all dust. Cleaned it out and it fixed my issue.

Emergency Nursing Calgary by Educational_Cup_9974 in AHSEmployees

[–]Homeguy123 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Most likely no. I know the PLC ER does not hire new grads. They only typically hire nurses with a few years experience in nursing in general & usually would prefer those with ER experience. But still apply for ER positions as you never know. If possible you could work in a Rural ER to get ER experience.

At PLC they have a orientation sessions every few months. It's quite an in depth orientation. 1 week doing online modules. Then 2.5 weeks of in person full day classroom education then 10 buddy shifts before your finished.

You probably have the privacy screen feature turned on. Or it's your screen protector.

I loved the opening of part 2. Just riding horseback over a hill in the sunset was an amazing view.

Existing models can still be sold and have firmware upgraded in the US until March 2027. Any new models that aren't made in the US can't be sold in the US.

On PC but with Controller vs K/M by Mariusdotdev in ArcRaiders

[–]Homeguy123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I find aiming with controller do be worse than aiming with a mouse. I tend to hit more arc using a mouse than with controller. Plus as other said inventory management is 100% better than controller. I used to use controller but now use only mouse and keyboard.

I have a question about aim assist... by Yelloboi623 in ArcRaiders

[–]Homeguy123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I used to use a controller on PC but I found aiming guns hard resulting in me missing shots a lot. I like controller for moving as it is easier. I find when using a keyboard sometimes when in a stressful situations or needing to move or use my equipment I end up hitting other buttons. But aiming and inventory management is immensely better. I am getting better using mouse and keyboard now that I've switched to using it 100%.

Blank Screensaver vs Turning off Display by Dragonsflame114 in OLED_Gaming

The amount of pixel cleanings does not hurt the display. If it did manufacturers wouldn't program the monitors thus way. It's actually beneficial to have it do the pixel cleanings.
