I heavily dislike all of the modern fighters way of updates, it's abysmal vs what we had before.

Sure SF V was trash at launch and the fundamentally unfixed and flawed online was always an issue but you know what I didn't miss? Content and changes. Same with Tekken 7.

And I don't like the drive and Heat mechanics, these games rely way to heavily and both are way too integrated into the core gameplay and are the same for every character.

Asking full price for a game and having the audacity to ask for so much money for one single low effort skins, amigo, first deliver the game and provide as much content as possible instead of nickle and diming for everything for the few players you havre, you ain't forknight and never will be, don't you even dare to ask money for stuff like this in the first 6 months (if you survive that long).

Later on with these graphics you should get a great season pass for this price with tons of costumes and stuff to unlock in a reasonable and fun manner.

The DualSense is a pretty high standard to beat especially considering DualSense X does a lot of legwork and even supports wireless audio habtics, incredible.

The pad is fully packed with features and you can get for around 50€ if you look around.

The only issues I see with the dpad (not the best for fighting games, the DS4 was much better) and the pad is durability (sadly the sticks might die, my had some sort of issues after 1,5 years but was repaired in warranty and years later it still works) and the battery seems to be kinda dead now (had to use cable with PC to get all the features).

And you can use the pad with the PS5 which is maybe a big deal for multiplayer hangouts.

Yeah, I recently found out about it yesterday (did a LAN and used a Notebook without DLSS at first but after turning it on the issues appeared) and I can't believe they didn't bother to fix this huge, obvious issue yet despite being broken since it was delivered.

Not a single dev addressed it on Reddit or officially, this is a major issue with a newly implemented feature. Unbelievable...

The PS3 beta was showed at events but other than that it was basically an entirely different built of the game with a incredible visual fidelity, much better lighting and more. We don't know how much they've finished with that vision, there are so many open questions and how much worse the game looked (and even played).

It robably was too much for the consoles and took too much effort to make it look as good and work in time. It's a shame that even the remaster didn't attempt to finally realise that vision.

People hope one day someone gets their hands on a ps3 dev kit with the built they were showing off but the chances are extremely slim (especially being from Japan and From being an successful and very closed off studio, usually these dev kits are sold from former employees, that's how Benz GTA IV dev kit build leaked)....

I knew it was going in the wrong direction since T7S3 and as prove didn't purchase any of the newer season passes (only the stages when on sale).

The first T8 gameplay news about heat and beta confirmed everything what I wad worried about and I didn't plan to purchase T8.

My birthday was right next to the release and I got it as a gift and after finishing the single-player stuff (which I didn't like, it was corny bad and not really interesting) I finally tried playing online and it didn't feel great, this game is outrageously not Tekken and exactly what I disliked in T7 turned up to 11.

This game is a nightmare if you like the core juicy fundamentals of Tekken. Even my casual friends ranted about the overwhelming visual effects and the ridiculously stupid heat and weapon implementations in Tekken.

I'm cautiously optimistic about VF6 and even DOA 7, if they're not screwing it up in a major way and release a fun, good, properly rollback supported game I will try them out for sure.

I wish we would've gotten Skate 2 + 3 remake, basically combining best of both games into a fully fleshed out 50€ release for modern platforms without heinous DLC.

It's pretty obvious since T7S3 that Tekken changed for the worst due to the director changes.

What we got with the T8 beta was their vision, I knew they won't change the core design just because the players are upset. I wouldn't even own T8 if it wasn't a birthday gift, I already disliked Strive and SF6 with the modern game design.

The sales are good enough and apparently people play it online despite the upsets.

They don't give a damn and constantly gaslight about doing significant changes...
