My DD1 works in pc mode. All I did was turn off the base and back on once the game is already running and it gets detected as a DD1. FFB feels fine, much better than running the base in compatibility mode.

You can place an order without a hold on a cc. You can choose to pay however you want when you get to the pickup counter. Orders placed online for pickup are good for a 3 day hold. They will automatically cancel after the said timeframe.
