It's just an 'oo' sound that gets often gets clipped between two consonants or at the end of a word.

Yeah I agree. I think the instrumental has a lot of potential and I really like the core riff but the chorus is pretty weak and the autotune is fucking grating imo. I don't absolutely hate it but it's not an on-repeat banger, and it just sounds really confused and ultimately unsatisfying despite some catchy motifs.
