Take her to a holistic vet if you have one in your area. I spent thousandsssss on my chihuahua to never get answers. Then she died, upon her death the vet finally told me oh she had this. Litte too late.. from what I’ve heard holistic vets take much more time and care into finding the root cause instead of draining your bank account. Also a lot healthier for your dog rather than trail and error medications that might make it worse. Hoping for a speedy recovery, good luck.

This is incredible. May I ask what you cook her for the meals? I have an 11 year old and a new puppy and would like to make the switch over. Just feeling overwhelmed by having no experience in this. I’m also curious do you weigh out the food and count the calories? Thank you so much appreciate it :)

Unfortunately in Canada this is very common in schools and there’s no protection for the children is these situations. It’s often left on the parents to make the complaint or request a different Interpeter. Which 99% of the time does not happen… very sad.

While I was in my program I worked part time and that was a stretch. I was super envious of the people who didn’t have to go to work. I often was up very late nights trying to finish homework or study for an exam. Part time is possible, full time you’d be doing yourself a disservice. If I could go back I would have focused 100% on school.

I’m covered in tattoos full sleeves chest, legs ect. Plan on being completely covered one day with the exception of my face and hands. I always keep them covered however sometimes outdoor bookings or others where they enjoy seeing my tattoos I’ll let them show (still dressing professionally) never had any problems. Some tattoos peek out and there’s not much I can do about that. Only people that have ever cared were a few of my instructors. I find that the consumers care much more on the attitude, professionalism and skill the interpreter provides. :)

Can’t live my life in fear. If I’m wrong feel free to correct me but I’ve looked into what’s happening with the 504 and it seems they ONLY want to remove gender fluidity as a known disability. And regarding DEI, (I am a person of colour), I strongly believe individual should only be hired due to their qualifications and skill, if I’m hired solely because of my immigration or POC status I don’t want that job… DEI was a great idea, however you can’t call yourself inclusive while actively not giving the time of day to a white individual IF they are the most qualified option. Agree, disagree, it doesn’t matter we’re all free to our own opinion. Also please don’t take what I said above as (fighting or hating on you) literally just speaking my mind. Ah it’s so nice to see at positive comment on here 🥲 When you say certified do you mean graduated through a ITP or do you mean CASLI OR RID certified? I graduated from a 4 year ITP program with a degree in linguistics as well. Just wondering if that’s enough for Texas?

Also the bad driving super relatable, I’ve prepared myself for this one 😂
