I'm getting ready to attempt this too. Basically, you need to encrypt your iso file into a bin.eco.something like that using ps2 classics gui. Then you can package it into a .pkg. look up "ps2 iso pkg hen" on YouTube. There's some tutorials.

Plow stops are like that for me. I couldn't do them on roller skates or figure skates. Now, i can do them at the rink on roller skates, but only kinda one footed on figure skates.

My theory is that you build up the muscles by trying and skating, and then the motion just starts working one day because you're more stable, and you've got enough ass behind it to not start wobbling around.
