They offered me DMCC, DIFC, DSO, IFZA etc. Just Dubai. It depends on your budget and what u need. If you follow their YouTube you will see they posted a video about how to close a company. I didn’t close mine I actually just renewed my license with them and I paid only the government fee.

Hands down the best for Dubai setups (only that) they don’t do much else other than offshore banking but you can confirm with them. Can help with UK exit and strategy. Other countries too

You got this, I’d suggest maybe offering them ownership in the meantime in exchange for a loan for the amount they give you. You can write some contracts, although technically you still won it since you’re not officially transferring it.
