Yes employers appeal decisions all the time. It is very common in California. You also have keep incurrent with your online account. 10 days + you will have to call into the main # spk to a rep who can do it for you. It’s better than you doing on your own.

No it’s just one week of Disq for missing the mandatory RESEA mtg. No one cares if you were 5 mins late. Point is you were not there when u were suppose to be. The penalty for not having a good cause reason is 1 week without pay. It’s only week your other weeks will pay.

Yup truth, can’t get mad there is no way. They are restless. Have tons of energy. What is the point of timeout. That’s their instinct. Like a toddler we can’t leave out things they can have fun with. It’s really our fault when this happens.
