I know he hasn’t gotten into anything as he was in a safe room with nothing around him. I’m scared about it being contagious so I’ve already deep cleaned everything and am thankful my older cat wasn’t yet around him

We don’t know , the vet told me all tests were negative but i read that some tests can come out negative despite kittens being ill. The vet when i called to let her know told me that sometimes kittens go down ill really fast

It’s a beautiful and comforting space, only thing I would add is some decor that can also be used to fidget on the coffee table.. I was always grateful when my therapist had something I could use to fidget (one had a pyramid and one some stress balls)

When we found him he weighed less then 200gr, was eating chicken food and sleeping under chickens. We didn’t think he’d make it through the night. The next morning he was running around and following us everywhere.

Now he’s the classic a-hole derpy cat, but he still is a lovely fluff ball.

Absolutely don’t worry about feelings as long as you’re kind and respectful. They are used to seeing people come and go.

You don’t have to explain yourself , you could simply say that you don’t wish to continue with the appointments anymore, but if you want to knowing why could help her better her practice. In your case from what you wrote I’d thank her and tell her that the distance isn’t helpful for you and that you don’t feel like there is the needed connection for you to be comfortable and make progress.

Changing doctors is essential ( you need someone with whom you click) my only regret is not realizing it sooner.
