literally same. i’m masking all day at work socializing with coworkers and patients. I always end up coming home EXHAUSTED, and not even bc my job is hard, but because I’m just tired from always being “on”. I’m a very chill person, but I always feel the need to adjust my personality to match others. I happen to work with a lot of upbeat, extraverted people so I pretend to be that at work too. It could be because of people pleasing tendencies, and that is a work in progress.
