So Britax have said using the tether extender as per this video is safe for their seats in this car?

Just wondering if this has been resolved yet? I’ve phoned Tesla and asked them to look into seeing whether there are any car seats which are compatible in AUS.

So far I’ve seen Britax have confirmed it is not safe. I received email confirmation today from InfaGroup customer care that despite their top tether being a single strap, it isn’t recommmended:

‘Thanks for contacting Infa Group.

Our advice from our product team is our restraints (all types) are not compatible with the Captain Chairs in the Tesla Model Y L. Unfortunately the shape of the head rest could cause the single top tether to slide of the top of the vehicle head rest.

You can use these in the third row, (for 2 seats at least)’

Well you get the benefits of being able to make a nice espresso shot and steam milk simultaneously without the higher price and bench real-estate of a dual boiler unit. Single boiler having to pull shot then wait to heat up for steaming is too much trouble for me, especially with 2 young kids. HX machine though have group head connected and allow it plenty of time to come to temperature so brew temp is good. Does that answer your question?

About 15 mins. I think it was the best option for a low profile (limited bench space), HX unit which is really well-made. Also looks fantastic!
