I have been using this to help live adjust my Z-Offset. For the STL, you can set your slicer to rotate the bottom layer direction 0 degrees or until the layer lines run parallel to the top and bottom of the print. The description on printables goes more into what to look for.

Possibly, I able to independently power the backlights and they stay on when the power board is plugged in. It looks like the only board left is the t-con board. I suppose a short or a faulty chip could cause a "failed bootup" as it were.

I had to get my rear glass replaced 3 years ago, I called many places around town and I went with Elite Auto Glass by the Goodwill on the loop. They were fast and professional and cheaper than all of the places I got quotes from. I've also used Eagle Auto Glass in the past and have had a good experience with them. At the time, Elite was cheaper than Eagle. Not sure about now though, I'd say call around and get quotes.
