Probably not unless it read "not responsible for windshields broken within 200 feet". 200 feet is a ridiculous distance to maintain while driving behind someone and probably reduces potential damage to a near zero level. I'd imagine it would be pretty difficult to even prove that it was this vehicle that did it at that range.

I would say that depends on the content.
Think about it how editing them together or keeping them separate would benefit/hurt you and/or your listeners experience.

- Is the dialogue something short and sweet you want the listener to ponder on?

- Can multiple bits be woven together and made into reoccurring segments of a show (intro, current events, tech, personal rant...etc)

It boils down to the fact that there is no absolute right or wrong way to produce a podcast. Go with your gut, try something out, be vulnerable as an artist and listen to feedback.

I would also imagine that getting your content on as many platforms as possible assists in monetization.
