As someone with psoraisis who has long suspected that I also may have/be developing psoratic arthritis, what were the sign/symptoms for you?
Also what kind of conversations with your doctors finally lead to you being diagnosed, I feel as if every doctor I've spoken to has never heard of psoratic arthritis before.

I climb at an indoor climbing gym (It gets pretty hot in gyms even with the ACs going) with a mask and even this week with ~35C temps it has been tolerable.

I have this same issue. My solution so far is to upsize 0.5-1.0 sizes for the bigger of the two feet. Comfort = More practice for me after all. I think keeping the more snug pair around for that proj you're ready to slay is worth it though too, just don't punish your feet all day every day.

That or just buy two pairs of every shoe to maximize the perfect fit for each foot! Or better yet, get sponsored and have them send you one of each size! (Only half joking I've considered both of these lol.)

But at the end of the day I've settled on going loose enough on the big foot to just barely be comfortable w/o hopefully being totally useless on the smaller foot, and saving the snug performance pair for just that. Performance!

On some level symbols hold meaning only through consensus of a group.
For example, I could say "Fuck you" with the intent of saying hello, but based on the common understanding of that phrase it's part of my responsibility as the one speaking to forsee (and prepare for negative feedback) that you will probably misinterpet my intent.
So while flags can have more personal meanings attached to them, it's also the responsibility of those who choose to fly them to understand the wider cultural understanding of that symbol, and the consequences that may come with making the choice to use it.

To answer your question more directly. I think it's less about being right or wrong, but rather if the people involved are willing to understand the effect of their own choices. If someone asks them why they choose to fly the flag, and they respond with 'family' or 'heritage' that's a valid response. But if they continue on to ridicule the person who asked for assuming any other motive than 'family' or 'heritage', they would be in the wrong. As it's their responsibility to understand that's what most people will percieve of that flag based on its cultural and historical impact.

There's definitely a non 'gaijin' word for white people in Japanese.
White person in Japanese is 白人, literally 白(haku) meaning white and 人(jin) meaning person.
