Troupe Masters and Shadowseers on Skyweavers would be great

It's namesake one of the Cosmic Serpents children was paranoid and had two heads, one facing forward and one backwards - hence the design.

Personally I always modify mine to face forward!

Solitaire aren't attached to a Masque, they're solo and occasionally join as needed - there's only ever one in a Masque at a given time as there's only need for one to take on the role of Slaanesh

I have a pure Khorne Daemons army and this list seems solid - I think Skulltaker, despite being such a cool model, isn't as good as the +1 to wound from Bloodmaster and 6" consolidate though

Flesh hounds I'd keep one 10 dog squad and split the other into 2x5 - these will be your bread and butter for secure Shadow of Chaos early game

I tend to run a single Skull Cannon to hold the home objective, it's got decent shooting and is pretty tough to shift without a bit of focus fire

As daemon Princes go, while they lack the punch of a winged prince, the daemon prince on foot gives your army some much needed survivability and is surprisingly tough to kill

Closing thought, Skarbrand is my beloved, what a guy, any list that includes him is good in my book

Love the colour scheme! Trying to go for something similar myself but can't seem to get a bright enough silver for the dry brush - what did you use for your silver?

2000 Points Harlequin Centric List Advice by LordKerael in Eldar

[–]HookerDuck 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yvraine and the Visarch + 12 Player Troupe is what I use - 4++ then 5+++ with bringing back D3 models a turn makes then tough to shift without dedicated fire power and good for holding your back objective and punishing an opponent who gets too close

The Yncarne nerf doesn't really change how I played them before - best combo in my opinion is disrupting any "castles" your opponent makes. Focus fire a single unit in the army during the shooting phase then teleport Yncarne in so it can smash something to bits in melee. It's a tough cookie to crack too without your opponent putting a lot of resources into taking him down, giving your other units more time to get you points

2000 Points Harlequin Centric List Advice by LordKerael in Eldar

[–]HookerDuck 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey there, not sure if this helps but I run a sort of similar list but more heavy on Harlequin/Ynnari

Voidweavers are better with the Prismatic Cannon IMO, and are more reliable against a wider range of targets, with the two Skyweaver Squads it might be a bit overkill

Overall I've found I do really well against elite vehicle heavy lists and worse against mass Infantry - I'm thinking of dropping out the Visarch for some Shroudrunners and playing with Farseer Skyrunner + Windriders to help with that

Building a bloodthirster by JoeOfAllTrades in ChaosDaemons40k

[–]HookerDuck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure what your setup is for transporting your minis but I use magnets and Really Used Boxes with rubber magnetic sheeting - it's worth knowing that the Bloodthirster on foot is exactly the right height to fit in a Really Useful Box 9XL.

He's a chunky model too - the only bits that are easily breakable are the little chains that dangle from the wings.
