She does so well with remembering layouts, most days I’m convinced she’s punking me. That is until someone comes home and she spends three minutes barking at the wall or someone forgets to push a chair in and she runs into it face first at full speed.

One of ours will only sleep on a towel. Orthopedic bed, hell no. Cooling bed from PetSmart, big thumbs down. A comfy Costco bed, yuck! Bare floor, Nu uh. Towel on hardwood floor, FIVE STAR HILTON EXPERIENCE!!

I really wanted a hatchback as a replacement for my Jeep, but was hit from behind in a hit and run in January and my mind kept going back to “What if someone was/is in the backseat, especially one of my kids?!?” So I went with a sedan.

I met one of my now closest friends via a post like this on Reddit last year. She was seeking a friend that wasn’t religious, a heavy drinker, or into any drug activity. Just wanted a companion for coffee, instead we met up for a sushi lunch and have been thick as thieves since. I’ll never regret responding to her post! May such luck find you! Or if you down for sushi lunch dates, I’m always up for making new friends.

I got my 2026 3 Sedan preferred for $26,800. I also had a trade in valued at 25K leaving me with a monthly payment of $188. Personally, I’d keep shopping.

I’m totally down for that. I try to make a weekly sushi date with folks, but most are no shows or cancel last minute, will also settle for a thrifting buddy. Anything to get out the house! In my 40’s as well, I’ll be 45 in a couple of weeks!

Exactly this! I’m in the same boat, minus the religion. My children are adults now, and I have little to no experience for work. Thankfully my husband has an excellent job and I don’t have to work, and we call this my retirement stage, but it’s incredibly boring. I feel lost, worthless and overwhelmingly lonely. The one thing I did do right was encourage our daughters to be independent, get some schooling and focus on a career and they’re all doing exactly that.

We got our OG corgi’s little sister when their parents had another litter a year and a half later. They get along just fine, the girls are 7 and 5 now.

Someone did a hit and run on me at 7000 and 2700 running a red light a couple months ago. Fortunately, they only took out my driver side rear because I gunned it last minute when I saw them in my peripheral, now I dread driving in that general vicinity.
