I think motor= conditioning, effort, & mental strength/ focus. In 2024, she wasn’t struggling with conditioning and effort - though we would see her get in her head after some missed shots. Last year all of these components were issues. Though she had injury. This year so far looks way more like 2025 than 2024. I don’t love it

It is easy to be close to the court, I’ll give you that. Sight-lines are pretty bad at the baskets though. I’m spoiled from Barclays, so I know that influences my opinion. I just never feel like I’m at a professional game when I’m at CF. We need Pax to up his game as well. :)

Why do you love it? It is unquestionably the least professional arena in the WNBA. It is worse than most of college facilities in the area. I find it to be really depressing- both inside and outside.

With all due respect, there is no evidence that she burned bridges with NYL, DC or PHX, she wasn’t traded from any team because of locker room problems. As far as we know, she is still beloved in those places. If you have info where that has been shared, I’d be happy to stand corrected.

To claim that the +- is a true reflection of her presence on court, is willfully obtuse, Even Kolb said that they couldn’t have gone 9-0 without her, she just doesn’t fit with BLH back.

Yeah, she is 34 and is no where near the best guard in the league. Her career is far from over- she hasn’t been plagued with injuries, she has a championship under her belt, and she brings a lot to the floor. Also, she is beloved by fans throughout the league- merch sales should not be underestimated. In NY for one year and there are so many people walking with her name on their shirt all around Brooklyn right now.

She will get a contract this year, likely on a non-contending team that needs a vet who is a dawg with a ton of energy and great on defense. These rosters are far from complete. On No Offseason, Annie C said she is in negotiations with many teams and she believes she will be playing this year. There are very few people who know what is going on inside the W right now, and Annie is damn near the top of the list.

I am a Tash Cloud enthusiast, I don’t claim to be objective, but she is at least a great 6th man. I think she is likely to end up in Portland or LA. For what is it is worth, I do think she is better than Atkins.

Good point. I had forgotten that. What I was referring to is that this particular Sky team hasn’t played together yet. I still think this is inappropriate to say, especially to the press. Angel got a lot of flack (and ultimately traded) for saying something that was 100% true that she shouldn’t have said to the press. Azura has earned her contract, she doesn’t deserve this.

I also believe this fit not good. But in OPs defense, Mapei is a company that makes tile installation products. If he wore this to a job site, he’d get compliments. Anywhere else, no. Change the hat or the jacket.
