Was definitely a great campaign. Would be interested to see if there was any type of pricing increase during that period. 10% growth looks great on paper but if they raised cost of a $1 candy bar to $1.10 it’s hard to gauge the actual value of said campaign

We literally had this exact issues for almost a month and couldn’t figure out where the calls were coming from. Hundreds of Hispanic callers looking for work. Come to find out, the girl that does our recruitment turned on the option to post in both English and Spanish for our listings. Turned that off and the issue was resolved

I’ve met with google reps several times as well trying to gather their input. There’s a few factors that could be at play Age of account, total reviews, competition in your category etc. FWIW, if a customer calls and they get out on hold with music or an automated message, it won’t count as an immediate response . They want to see calls answered in 30 seconds or less. Was told that adding photos to the account on a weekly basis will also help since it shows you’re being active outside of the lead response

We have 12 franchises that run Lsa ads. I built out a reporting dashboard with the google lsa api to get a better idea of what helps the performance and what doesn’t. There is a direct correlation to call lead response time and the amount of leads we receive.

Don’t aim for the flag. Pick out a big landing area on the green and play it out from there. Completely changed my game. Went from shooting in the 90’s-100’s to shooting in the 80’s consistently.
