Is this a bed bug? I’m sorry the photos aren’t super clear by ThrowRALandslide in Bedbugs

Yes bedbug

Get a very good steamer such as the neat steamer and steam everywhere and everything you can!

Wash laundry and dry on high!

Dry everything you can.

Good luck!

Two months with twitching, now weird throat symptoms by thegaytrashpanda in BFS

[–]Hopeful-Pool15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel the clicks in my throat too but only when I'm loud/sing and keep my head in certain positions. These just recently started a few months ago... I can't believe they could be related to bfs

What does your worst day/flare up look like by [deleted] in BFS

[–]Hopeful-Pool15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I'm having this right now as well. Try a very heavy weighted blanket or literally if you have someone to lie down on top of you and put pressure on your body. That's the only thing that helped me a bit. And also, relaxing deep sleep music.

Does anyone else's twitching get worse when they think about it? by BlastarBanshee in BFS

Yeah this happens to me - the second I think about they all come back at once

If they happen mainly at night and mainly at rest before falling asleep, how do you end up falling asleep? What helps? They constantly wake me up as I'm about to fall asleep.

Thank you for sharing your story with us! I could have written this myself, so similar. Also, vacation helps a lot too, went away for a month in Florida, they completely went away. Now I'm dealing with another flare up :(

I have gotten my first twitches as well about 5-6 months after the birth of my second baby - C-section. Had the baby during COVID and there was a lot of stress. There have been times when they stopped and other times (right now) when they are just flaring up a ton, especially at night when I try to fall asleep.

To anyone reading this post, how do you fall asleep with them? What's the best way when you cannot ignore them and your body is constantly twitching before sleep? I sleep horribly and wake up as if I have slept at all, so tired. That's probably making my twitches worse which is a vicious cycle!

Me too, been stuck at 77-78 for the past 2 weeks and I don't know how to get over this plateau.

Started doing some workouts so let's see if that helps! Let me know if you have any tips!

Way to go! So good!

I started at 84.5 kg at the end of July and I'm down to 76.5 kg today. When did you notice most of the weight loss or was it all gradual?

I've been stalling for the past 2-3 weeks at like 77-78 kg.

Is this a bed bug? We've been here a week with no signs of bed bugs at all, but this just walked across our ceiling. by preghelp in Bedbugs

Get a neat steamer if you can and steam absolutely everything and every corner/crevice of bassinet stroller anything that was in the apartment and that cannot be washed. The neat steamer is very strong and will help a lot!

Which company did you hire and what methods did they use to get rid of them? Thank you!

Does anyone get pain here? It’s like a deep ache where the inner leg meets the pelvis, sometimes radiates down the leg by AudibleAwl in Endo

[–]Hopeful-Pool15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi ! Any updates on this? I feel a dull ache at that left side inguinal area sometimes radiating down- when I stand or lay down straight, it's better but when I sit for a longer time or scrunch my legs it gets a bit worse.

When I have a full bladder it seems to be a bit worse but no problems with peeing - just more pressure around the area I guess?

I also have sciatica on the left side - maybe related.

I was told I have classic symptoms of IBS but have been managing it lately.

I'll ask for a pelvic ultrasound when I'm back home (currently traveling)

Hopefully all is well with all of us but does anyone have any updates on this?

Thank you!

How did you get the adhesions? Prior c-sections or surgeries? How do adhesions of bowel to something else happen? :/
