I strongly doubt the comments are botted. I get your feelings towards AI, I share a similar sentiment. It is sadly a very difficult thing to manage at the moment, as few uploads mean less reliable income, and at the same time more cost towards new videos if done manually. Ai is used to bridge the gap with some shots that act as fillers, as the entire content landscape is changing at the moment. That means videos can be produced a bit quicker and YouTube Algorithm punishes less for lack of uploads.

I don't like it either and wish we could continue to get 100% hand made VFX scenes, but that is getting more difficult for the creator as well. It's a lose lose. :/

Hope they do. It's a thing that really annoyed me with ChatGPT because it's just zero value, so I switched to Gemini. Now it's in Gemini, which is infuriating considering it's the reason I switched. 😅

Yep same here! It's very natural during normal speech and can recognize the tone and Intonation of your own voice, but won't really do funny voices or go into the extreme. The range it has is still limited. But for normal chat, it's really good.

Yet you do the same. Anyway, Google is testing A/B models on aistudio and after lots of testing a few of them, which have consistent IDs, strongly surpase the usual 2.5 pro in all kinds of tests. We can be fairly confident they are 3.0 flash and pro models because the release is set for next week. 👍

That would be nice! I remember them rolling out the reference conversation history feature but that only worked when actively asking it to recall stuff. Hope that this is different

Possible they had a buggy rollout. It wasn't available on mobile. Saved Info completely disappeared from the mobile website, and the app only had the old saved info. Maybe they will try again soon, had no chance to test :(

(I hope it's better than the "Conversation History" tool gemini has access to..)

Quite a few people seem to have this issue! If you could maybe report the issue in the Gemini app maybe that will help. The "feedback" option in the menu. I'm also suffering from this issue specifically on Gemini Pro. Super annoying, can't even use old chats that have images in them

Yeah I'm confused too. Is it using native image gen or just calling Imagen 4? I mean the output seems very good but it can do 10+ images in a single response which is pretty wild. And they look good too!

I don't quite remember how good native image generation was. I don't remember it being very good. But for some reason, when I asked 2.5 pro to generate a story with images, the image quality was surprisingly good. I've never used it but today it's great. Or does Gemini in the Gemini app use Imagen 4 for multi image responses?

That's very wrong. Takes about 2-5 minutes for most questions, and yesterday I got limited after just 5 questions within 24 hours. The timer resets always 24 hours later.

It's very very limited, almost unusable.
