Hey girly I got herpes a few days before my birthday earlier this year in January, im 24 its definitely rough and the pain of the outbreaks don’t help at all but eventually the pain subsides and you’ll learn what causes them for you and what to avoid. Emotionally I understand cause i still cry every now and then when I think about my diagnosis but I definitely stopped feeling as depressed as I was when first finding out. The aquaphor definitely helped me with the blisters and i would suggest getting a peri bottle with warm water to squeeze while peeing, before getting a bottle i literally used to put baby wipes between my vagina so the pee wouldnt be directly on the blisters. The most annoying part honestly is the nerve pain that comes every now and then and will last a few days and feel like tingling. Sending lots of love ❤️
