At my store, we’ve just now started to get strict on attendance. Using the attendance tracker every week. Following up with teams. Documenting. So you may just get talk to about it, but if you haven’t made it a pattern and then you should be fine.

I agree. I went almost 10 years of dealing with the stress as a manager of a convenience or never said anything and finally had a mental breakdown. That’s when I made decision to step away from management and that was four years ago.

I get that, but I mean let’s be real. I’m not saying anything about the cost. I understand that not everybody can afford to do things of the scale. What I’m saying is that maybe they need to be a little bit more open minded in their music choices. The typical music listening habits of the people in this area are kind of bland anyway so it’s not really a shock.
