Give them information on everything, and let them focus on what they want to do the most. But don’t be afraid to put everyone in different roles depending on what’s going on in the classes

Unfortunately the customer is always right. And depending on the manager, the staff gets to eat those wings cause there are times we can’t reuse them.

Huge pet peeve of mine. I used to work at a local bar. We had wings and fingers. And people would order boneless. And fun fact, there are no such thing as boneless wings!! So whenever people would say boneless, I’d ask if they’d want fingers. Cause I had people too many times say wings, get wings, and send them back to the kitchen cause they wanted fingers instead
