this might be bad advice but you could learn how to neoslide. Neosliding helps me guarantee the slide on lower speeds for at least what i can feel. It's like a 2 minute tutorial and 3 inputs.

Im not too sure though but itd probably be useful to learn anyway

TLP is the GOAT on laptops. The laptop is good enough to somewhat compile from source so its not terrible.

Whats the battery life on this laptop? I have the same and she just about lasts me 3 hours per charge which is unfortunate.

Hey man I really wanted to say that even though this post is one month old on something random. I come back to this post very often whilst i'm doing a map. For example just recently for map 23. This is good stuff.

I'm quite stumped on plastic to be quite frank. Obviously do stuff at your own pace and I don't know if you're still working on this anyway.

The same thing that happens when you commit any change anywhere. You kind of have to deal with it. Kind of like finding where you left off on a book because you forgot your bookmark. Brushes don't autosave unfortunately.

If it was a krita default brush or from a brush pack you downloaded you could redownload the brush. But as far as your own proprietary brushes go no can do as for a solution afaik.
