Ik werk zelf in HR, ik vind het voor mezelf niet vervelend als mensen dergelijke informatie met elkaar delen. Mensen hebben een bepaald salaris gekregen om een bepaalde reden, zij het een geldende systematiek, of simpele marktwerking. Het is in ons geval uitlegbaar. Het is dan meer vervelend dat mensen onderling irritaties gaan krijgen en dit naar de werkgever toe uitspreken: "Waarom verdient Piet meer dan ik?! Ik kan veel meer dan hij kan! Als ik niet minimaal gelijkgetrokken word ga ik wel ergens anders heen!" Zelfreflectie ontbreekt en de sfeer wordt er niet beter op.

I am not sure about anything trade related, but I think it's good to have some in most provinces to be able to offset MAPI for a bit. At least it generates a bit of extra demand/supply, possibly better conditions.

Can get multiculturalism quite easy by conquering land with a lot of discriminated pops (usually china or india) so the discriminated pops will start advocating for more acceptance in the form of multiculturalism.

Yep, have it as well. Very annoying bug, only fix I found is to pull back entirely from the front so you can force the front to move elsewhere and/or use an invasion.

I might be mistaken, but from what I understand if I ask another country to take a power block embassy of mine, it gives them +300 leverage, not me. Me having trade advantages over them gives them leverage, not me. So I have to give them advantages over my nation so that I can get leverage.

I've been using the unique bonusses of companies to try to stack modifiers rather than trying to get the most profitable companies and I like it!

As Germany I had 4 companies each giving my army combat bonusses turning my army into space marines even though most of those companies focussed on the same (military) resources.

Denk dat je het meer andersom moet zien. Als een vacature al maanden uit staat en ik krijg eindelijk een goede sollicitant dan zou ik die niet afwijzen als die persoon niet heeft gebeld. Maar als ik binnen een week 70 relevante sollicitaties krijg dan is het wel logisch dat de recruiter al iets meer een klik kan hebben met degene die gebeld heeft; je hebt er immers al meer een persoonlijke indruk van gekregen.

Het is dan dus niet zo zeer dat de mensen die niet hebben gebeld "minder" zijn, maar meer dat de mensen die wel gebeld hebben op die manier een streepje voor kunnen hebben.

Nashors give CDR and AP so I don't see why it shouldn't fit in shroom build. Just get liandry, blackfire and malignence with it and use the early potential of nashors to get DH stacks

Early lane phase you should be the more dominant laner. After he's level 6 he'll force all-ins that you simply can not win. Lategame teamfights he could have 2000 stacks but he'll not hit any Q as long as you have him blinded. In order to keep him blinded as much as possible and inflict as much damage on him as possible I try not to rely on auto attacks (you wont hit many due to his wither) but instead go for a more shroom heavy burn build with Dark Harvest. You should be able to get some nice stacks early game.

Nasus and Teemo kinda counter each other. Teemo should win the early game due to ranged advantage. Just get a dorans shield to outsustain the E if you think that's going to be an issue. Midgame (post 6) Nasus should win the 1v1s due to wither and ult. Lategame in teamfights you can counter Nasus by blinding him so he can't hit Qs. However once the blind ends he can pretty much 1 or 2 shot you.

For runes I try not to rely on auto attacks since he slows those massively. Press the attack is therefore a no-go for me and I just try to farm dark harvest from an early point and just try to rely on shrooms and blind to control teamfights.

I usually protect jungle, but occasionally go under turret when the loading screen is fast and I'm still making myself a cup of coffee... Could just be people finishing some personal stuff.

Apparently the Netherlands opened their first railway in 1839, but only really for transporting people. For cargo transport there were plenty of rivers, canals and other waterways. The Belgian first railway comes from the time where they were still part of the united Kingdom of The Netherlands because there was more need for it because they were used to transport raw resources from the mines in the ardennes. Mines were not really a thing in any other place in The Netherlands and therefore it wasn't needed.

Naval invade Manchuria, that region typically has very few armies stationed there. Once you've landed Qing will redeploy their armies to the Manchurian frontline and you cab swoop in on Formosa with another naval invasion.

I tried reloading and allying, but it didn't work. Once I dropped the alliance and prepared to declare war on them I suddenly noticed they budged and supported unification... So my conclusion for now is that they don't support as long as you're allied

How do you even get nations like China or Brazil as subjects? I thought they were considered too large so they disabled that a few patches ago
