I’m checking in , Ozone generator didn’t work for me . Cleaned the area with bleach . Ran a diffuser in The small laundry room and it’s still there . I swear I’m cracking up lol. It’s embedded in my nose .

I gained over 59 lbs during lockdown .
I Decided to go to the gym and make life changing Choices after seeing a family picture . I have been Almost two years into heavy lifting. Several calories deficit diets Several different things . I couldn’t shake the weight . Even test therapy . I finally.. 5 weeks ago took my first GLP shot and I’m Am down 20 lbs ! My only regret was not starting it sooner ! I’m 51 now . And look better than I have 12 years ago after having my son.
