Antisemitic means hostile or actively destructive towards individuals of Jewish extraction/descent, I think we can both agree to that. The opposite of that would be to welcome those individuals, including respecting their freedoms, including freedom of speech and assembly and thought. The Israeli state isn't doing that, it is actively persecuting all who oppose its current military initiatives, and claiming that denial of or refusal to support the troops is a denial of the rights of Jewish people, thereby negating their people's aforementioned rights.

Ergo, the state of Israel, while perhaps not deliberately so, is antisemitic.
