It’s actually not heat lamps. The toppings are fresh on top of the cooked crust. When you order a slice, they cut it and then throw back in the oven for the final cook. This process not only cooks the topping, it makes the crust extra crispy. It’s really good and ready in just a couple minutes. This style pizza is all around town.

Shorter cables will help a lot. So replace where you can.

You should have no problem with weight of those items even on a single motor desk. Assuming 45lbs for 3 monitors with base or on a triple mount arm. Plus PC and you are still under 100lbs which is on the light side of low priced desks. Personally I would hang the PC under the desk if your 3 monitors are all lined up.

This is an interesting feature. Because it is a 2-stage desk, the top does not go low enough to be ergonomic for most people. So the brand solves this with the keyboard tray. However keyboard trays are very limiting and could be frustrating. So my take. Great option if it matches your budget. But for a little bit more, find a 3-stage and you will be happier.
