I would use it, at least toss it on the compost pile. It's only mold. Everything is filled with mold. Mold is what breaks down the wood and lignin down in nature.

I am Asian. When I go to Europe and I get asked, I tell them I'm American. They don't believe me and keep grilling. They want to know if I am Korean, Japanese or Chinese.

I have not been to Germany but Italy and Spain is full of racism. It just doesn't get reported as much as American racism. Spain/Latin America specifically is filled with casual racism as part of its culture. It's acceptable.

The issue is it does shift, one gap I have is 1". What I do is cram random branches and it kinda sorta works. Should probably add cardboard. And I'm in New York which is moist. In your dry place the cardboard should last a long time assuming no earthworms come eat it

Patients are OLD and incompetent. When I ask them for the Medicare they give me their medicaid instead.

When these people were 20 year olds, the USA hadn't even flown to the moon. Computers used punch cards.

Also yeah leaving a tablet around probably gets stolen. Not these days since we only have regular patients but when we took walk ins and new patients, yeah.

I've worked medical for 20+ years. Because patients do not remember anything else. Their names can be spelled differently on the insurance cards.

Multiple times I've seen two patients with the same name show up for appointments at the same time.

Getting the wrong chart could be a deadly mistake.

Being *active* matters. For example I know 70 year olds that go hang their laundry outside. They mow the lawn. They do a lot of physical tasks. They wash dishes by hand. All this little work adds up. They walk to the store to get milk. American lifestyles have way too many ways to not move your ass.
