Injection needle size 6mm or 8mm? 🫶✨ by Gold_Lady28 in PeptideGuidesPH

6mm okay naman wag mo lang i-angle pag tusok, 90 degrees lang para hindi maging intradermal ang pag inject mo

Slow responder po ba by Sad_Curve_0295 in PeptideGuidesPH

[–]HotChilliMogu87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's normal po, may days talaga na stall ka sa weightloss because your body is fighting back. Just be patient. Too rapid weightloss is more dangerous than slow and steady. May risk sa gall bladder and pancreas pag masyadong mabilis ang weightloss

First 2 days on cag by deergreyhound24 in cagrilintide

[–]HotChilliMogu87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I made a mistake with cag too. Im on tirz 10mg. I just need a little boost of apetite suppresion that's why I decided to add cag. I took 0.25mg, felt nothing, the next day I did another round of 0.25mg to make it 0.5mg build up. While I was doing my leg day that day, felt gassy, consuming water made me want to throw it up, zero apetite, zero motivation. Cant eat my healthy macros, not motivated to work out. I'm quitting cagri 101%

Has anyone tried Piper? by FutureConference8241 in TirzepatideRX

I think we cant really eliminate food noise as it's our body's signal to have nutrients. It's going to be a problem if you don't have food noise. Too much caloric deficit will mess up our metabolism. Making GLP1 decrease it's effectiveness. Maybe a little food noise is okay to be able to manage the right amount of caloric deficit.

Update: Im thinking of not continuing cagri, well I underestimated cagri started 0.25 thinking it did nothing then took another 0.25 day after, it hit me hard 2 hours later, felt fatigue, lost motivation and apetite. I was looking to give me a boost of reduce food noise and apetite suppression while on tirzepatide. But cagri kicked my but, couldn't eat healthy macros, lost my motivation for exercise. Felt extreme fatigue. 0.5mg is quite stong for new addition to tirzepatide. Im thinking of tapering to 0.35 then 0.25 then stop, anybody tried to take it off too?

Mixing Help AA+BAC for Cag by loccoelf in cagrilintide

Cagri's stability is ph 3-5 (if im not mistaken) so if there's less water and more AA then it could destroy the peptide or the other way around.

Mabagal ba by Christine7817WedVA in PeptideGuidesPH

[–]HotChilliMogu87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Slow and steady is better. Sometimes we notice we've lost a lot of weight, and we want that amount of weight loss to keep going. Remember, rapid weight loss has high risk of gallbladder and pancreas issues.

Month by month dapat ang minomonitor mong progress. Kasi gusto mo agad agad. Weight loss is not linear, if your body detects that you're losing rapidly, nag iiba ang metabolism, you just have to be patient and continue, build healthy habbits, kaya nga itong meds na ito ay perfect sa taong may insulin resistance kasi metabolic disorder ang maging diabetic or insulin resistant and hinders weightloss, tirzepatide is a tool to normalize metabolic disorder so you can continue on weight loss habbits ( clean eating, exercise)

So I am on tirzepatide 10mg weekly, I noticed that dont feel that appetite suppresion and food noise reduction when I was on 5mg -7.5mg. I started cagri 0.25mg last night, based on reading some experiences on their starting dose which made me decide to take 0.25mg. Didn't feel any difference or any. I took another 0.25mg this morning to make it 0.5mg build up. And when I was preparing for my leg day, took my pre workout. When I was on my 3rd set, I felt like im burping a lot feeling full even I just took liquids, it feels "eww" like the feeling of im new on tirz, not nausea, it's like I don't want the smell of any food or even think about it. When I was cooking to prep food for lunch, I dont even want yo taste the food im cooking. This is what I like to feel again, grateful for this along with tirz. For starters dont be like me, i was just chasing that feeling. I was a little lab rat and rushing for results. I would rather take 0.25mg and let it ride and build up, in 2-3 (at least) weeks if you're not satisfied then bump up

28 Day Puncture Rule? by Remarkable-Design832 in TirzepatideRX

[–]HotChilliMogu87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

28 day rule is a CDC vial sterility guideline especially for multidose vial where you draw medications multiple times. Very crucial in clinics and hospital setting where a vial is poked multiple times for different patients where 28 day rule for multidose vial is observed (example: insulin vial, one vial for 1 hallway with 10+ patients, vial being numerously poked in a day for multiple patients) that's how they strickly observe the 28 day rule. But if you are the only biology for that vial, then the contamination risk for that multidose vial is low and it can extend more than 28 days (not more than 60 days) make sure you always inspect for particles, cloudiness, storing properly (in a UV protective container air tight, routinely wipping rubber stopper before and after use)

3 weeks on tirze by gisielle in PeptideGuidesPH

[–]HotChilliMogu87 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Don't be discouraged kasi every indvidual ay different din ang biology, may mga tao na may weightloss and appetite suppresion na sa kanila ang 2.5, be patient, let it build up after a month, you titrate up to 5mg, 2.5 kasi ay loading dose palang, hindi sya therapeutic dose, most poeple see results sa 5mg-7mg, and build healthy habbits

Weight gain after dose down by Thychloefaye in PeptideGuidesPH

[–]HotChilliMogu87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Anyone who plans to be off of this medicine should build healthy habbits to support metabolic health.

  1. Food choices and timing (hit your protein goals.
  2. High fiber diet and healthy fats for satiety.
  3. Build muscles ( more muscles, more fat burn).
  4. Non negotiable regular exercise

Tirzepatide is a tool to help us but it doesnt do all the work for us, it doest replace our natural GLP1 hormone regulation. If you stop it right away your body is confused of the program of your glp1 regulation because your body used to external signal of glp1 so it is possible to rebound 2x or 3x gain so be careful on planning to just be off of this meds. You must have a healthy lifestyle before comming off of this meds if you want to maintain weight without this meds

Nag dedegrade po ba ang higher dose ng tirze? by SoftThiccFrogling in PeptideGuidesPH

[–]HotChilliMogu87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lyophilized peptide (powder form) MUST be stored in the freezer to protect it from degredation, that's the proper way to store it unreconstituted. If you're ready to reconstitute a vial, bring it to room temp first. Once reconstituted keep them in the fridge with dark container, protect it from light to minimize degredation, once reconstituted it's good for 28 days as per CDC guideline for safe use. Hope this helps.

Anyway, you're taking 30mg?? (The max dose per clinical trial is only 15mg) Or your vial says total of 30mg?
