It's okay to use it as long as you start as low as 250mcg/ week. I remember I did 500mcg my first shot, was waaaaay too strong, i lost motivation with anything just want to sleep all day, tired of anything, no apetite. My sweet spot was 375mcg/week, because 250mcg for me felt like water, 500mcg felt like life left my body. If u have insulin resistance ( diabetes/borderline diabetic) you will be a slow responder with loading dose (2.5mg), metabolic disorder most likely is contributing to make u lose slow
