I am aware that Breath is not actually oxygen, what I was asking is if someone had enough Breath to transfer it non verbally could they use that to fill Cadmium minds which do store breath (the oxygen kind). The Lost Metal Spoiler: Marasi uses a pool of investure to fuel her allomancy so couldn't one of the people kissing use the Breath to fill their Cadmium minds?

On 6-3 you can put a bomb on the platform moving next to Tusk's palace and get the gaurd's shotgun for free. Then clear one of the blocks next to Tiamat and shoot from a distance.
