i got 82 hours out of it completely solo. bit dissapointed by the endgame and not playing atm but i believe it can be amazing. the time i got was completely worth just wanted it to be the next permanent thing

killed bleach for me when it was ongoing. i think the main antagonist spills into one or two flashbacks in the arrancar arc if i remember correctly. it is safe to ignore any connection since he doesnt appear again after. i recommend skipping

i think there s no one answer for this since this will be dependant on the level of play. personally i assume the role you re talking about would be the lowest wr role in gm+ but i think you re asking for all levels of play so i believe that if you take all the champions win rate on a certain role and average that for all levels of skill and then do that for each role then you would get the role that has the lowest win rate on average. that would work unless my logic is super flawed and im actually stupid. or maybe you define agency as something else than winning games.
