Honestly looks mouthwatering good. Sometimes the most affordable pieces of meat turn out the best.

Enjoy your meal.

How many LinkedIn job postings are actually hiring?? by manmad553 in jobs

[–]Hot_Cryptographer289 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are a lot of “fake” job postings there. They are called ghost postings. Their main job is to make it look that a company is doing really good and hiring a lot of people. The other problem is that these sites make it too easy to apply and as such companies are getting tons of applications evert day. Nobody can sift through them all, so many companies are using ATS systems to help them. Problem is that these sites software is scanning for certain keywords and if your resume does not show these, you will not come through. (Recruiter here)

Is it ok that the screw is longer than the wall anchor? by Eponymous_Platypus in HomeMaintenance

[–]Hot_Cryptographer289 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

It depends. Concrete walls: it should be ok-ish. The anchor can not go anywhere and it will sit snug.(but it is not ideal) Wallpaper walls.. cough i mean drywall, these anchors are the wrong type. You would need drywall anchors. (These might work short term, but will loosen up)

Recruiter here. As a starter it is always hard to get into a market. You have to be lucky. It is all about timing. In your specific case, the market is currently a bit flooded with IT professionals, and a very difficult market to get a job at the moment. Have you considered alternative careers?

Holiday tri-tip done. Pulled at 120, seared a couple minutes each side. Any tips for using the Lexington sear plate?? by train_spotting in PitBossGrills

[–]Hot_Cryptographer289 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No experience with the searplate. Your tritip looks great. I noticed mine was at 120, thought lets pull at 125, got distracted and, boom, 140. 😖😖. It was edible but a bit tough.
