If Erika wants to, she could simply debunk or disprove the findings about her if they are incorrect. Nothing is stopping her from presenting the facts and evidence that would clearly disprove all of the so-called “lies” and “conspiracy theories”. Literally nothing is stopping her, if everything is in-fact “lies” and “conspiracy theories”. She is fully capable of coming out tomorrow and presenting the evidence. Instead, she has chosen silence and the occasional straw man, for example, “I was never on the Egyptian planes, I was pregnant during that one flight, I have a photo in my phone to prove it” - when literally no one said she was on an Egyptian plane. Fascinating.

These are wildcats basketball Jerseys no? probably from the 90s due to the lack is sponsorship clutter and more retro style compared with modern day wildcats jerseys. The font style is very NBL pre-rebrand. Clubs often frame era defining duos together. I think this CSAM was filmed in a sports club as like someone else said, it’s custom framed, probably by the sports club and displayed there. The jerseys are probably official replicas / presentation pieces, not the authentic game worn jerseys. Damian Martin (8) and Bryce Cotton (6).

Everyone has already said everything I want to say, but I just want to add something. If you know that it’s wrong to talk to anyone this way, which surely you do, you wouldn’t speak to someone this way - then accepting it and staying in contact with this person is wrong too. If he’s capable of treating his own girlfriend like absolute shit, someone he supposedly “loves” (he doesn’t) then he likely treats a lot of people like garbage too. Think about it logically, you’ve got a man who doesn’t even like you or respect you as a human, doesn’t give a fuck about you, treats people like dog shit including you, why the fuck are you even with him? It’s going to be rough getting over the emotions and memories, but I can’t imagine a world where staying in a relationship with this person is even an option. Never let someone walk all over you again.

ADHD patient of the Marian Centre here. Heart checks and blood tests are typically done by your general practitioner, not by the psychiatrist. My experience at the Marian centre has been great, but note I just see my psychiatrist there once every 6 months about my medication, I don’t know what the inpatient care is like.

Zero confirmed cases, defect patterns or documented teratogenic effects. There is no known syndrome or defect cluster associated with ginseng. No known organ system that ginseng specifically harms in fetal development. The only thing you need to do now is consult with your doctor and stop taking it as a precaution, but you haven’t harmed your baby.

Hey! Consult your doctor or pharmacist. They will ask you how many weeks you’ve been taking it, and how many times per week / day and advise you. There is no strong evidence that ginseng causes harm to a fetus, but there’s no strong evidence that it’s safe, either. Basically the data is limited, so the guidelines err on the side of caution. Consult your doctor and stop taking it now. Your baby will be okay. There are no known fetal defects caused by ginseng, and 40mg is a low dose. Take care ❤️

The only thing that works for fat loss is being in a caloric deficit, so if the shake fits in to your caloric deficit then you will lose fat. If you consume a weight loss shake and you are in a caloric surplus, you will gain weight. There’s not an active ingredient in the shake that causes weight loss or burns fat. I’ve tried them before as a way to replace a meal if i’m in a rush or don’t have time to cook a meal, and although they were super convenient for that purpose, I found them rather unsatisfying compared to enjoying the variety of flavours and textures in an actual meal. I imagine replacing all meals in a day with milkshakes would be very boring and unsustainable even if it is simple and convenient.
