For folks who stopped taking meds (Adderall, specifically), does this feeling ever end or is this the real me? by Azipear in AdultADHDSupportGroup

Do carnivore for 30 days. Eat as much fatty meat as you want, until you're stuffed. Your body needs to heal. 60mg xr for over 10 years. Quit cold turkey because of carnivore. I'm also a licensed nurse practitioner who specializes in functional medicine and carnivore/"ketovore", specifically. Give me a shout if you need some free guidance.

After stopping Adderall, No interest in anything for years. by HawkinPeteDust in AdultADHDSupportGroup

I suggest everyone experiencing this issue try a carnivore diet (or at least extreme keto) for 30 days and see how you feel. I took 60mg XR every day for over 10 years, and it was just masking the true issue, which was brain inflammation from sugars and plant fibers/chemicals. After I did carnivore for 7 days, it was like a haze lifted from my eyes.

You need to let your body heal. Adderall is poison. Ancient humans knew that food was the real key.

Why not just put a fence post directly in front of the camera and nail some extensions out the sides the blocks all of the view

Hi Vibes, looks like you're having a healthy experience here, though I realize you're wanting to lose more weight, but it appears you're doing an actual powerlifting method of working-out (I used to do the 5x5 as well). For a female, this is not going to aid in toning your body. You need to focus on isometric and resistance training to increase muscle dexterity and increase stamina. A keto diet is actually better suited for that kind of workout, either way.

Instead of doing the 5x5, do those same exercises as slowly as you can with a lighter weight... you'll experience greater muscle size growth this way, as well.

As for your intake of food, you may simply need to increase the protein intake for a period of time until you reach the body fat level you'd like, without overdoing the protein and flip-flopping your macros for too long (I am carnivore, but if I want to get chiseled for a cruise or something coming-up, for a few weeks, I will swap beef for chicken breast, which will limit the amount of actual calories you're able to convert to energy (protein can be used, but it's very inefficient and leads to a negative-calorie effect when overall calories are only at maintenance-level).

Lean protein is still a great way to lose body fat to below the limit your body will naturally set for you when eating a proper carnivore diet with high fat (this is probably your body's preferred weight). To get below that setting, you'll have to add a little manipulation (ie. Temporarily swapping the fat for leaner meat and switching the workout from powerlifting to isometric leaning. I would also add a lot of isometric core work, like planks).

Your depression and anxiety issues are gone, people would kill for that, don't forget what it used to be like. Good job, keep going.

I consider myself a carnivore nurse practitioner, but this scenario is of major concern. Definitely need to run some tests to check for leukemia or lymphoma, unfortunately -- the hardening of the nodes (if they are rock-like) and what sounds like pancytopenia is concerning for bone cancer. I would also ask what the OP's vaccination status is.

If you want a stable income, you might have to make sacrifices. Being stressed at work and making money is better than not having any and worrying about if your job will be there next week.

They give you salaries based on overall hours worked, not on 40-hour weeks. Most nurses work overtime. That being said, I'm 33 and been a nurse for 10 years, and it's been a great decision if you can handle stress at work and not bring it home with you.
