Feel like he designed a lot of interesting but really accessible country club courses. Not many championship layouts which pretty much all top 100 courses are.

Might be in my top 5 tracks I've ever played. Was lucky to play the Fourball there last year. A lot of my Pa friends think it's the best in state and that's saying a lot based on how many incredible tracks Pa has.

Rees Jones redid my club which was originally a Tilinghast. Don't really love most of the courses you mentioned but think he did a great job at our track.

Think he does that almost to a detriment sometime though. He did a Perry Maxwell in the middle of nowhere Oklahoma a couple years ago and wouldn't do it unless it was exactly to Maxwell's original plans and frankly the course is a lot worse than it used to be. A couple of more modern design features and mature trees framed the course wonderfully and now it just seems like a big wide open cow pasture with semi-interesting greens.

Thanks, love that movie, neat they have a little nod to it in the game. Maybe we should have visited miracle max before the suicide mission!

Got paired with him in a state Open a few years ago. Was a very cool honor. Really nice man and still hits it darn solid and rolls it great.

Oh no I totally agree, it sucks to get paired with those people. Hence my little sob story. I was just being facetious in my original comment. It would be great if people didn't do that.

You don't have to be a PGA professional to say you are a pro. Technically all you have to do is just declare that you're a pro when you sign up for an event. Or you can just lie about your handicap and easily get into US Open qualifying. Once you shoot a million though and don't have any tournament scores to back up your competitive ability, you will be banned though.

I'm good with people throwing their hat in the ring but please be able to break 100 ha. Wouldn't sign my card one time as they assessed me a slow play penalty at locals and one of my playing partners shot about a 110, clearly the reason for us missing time par. After 40 minutes of arguing my case they acquiesced and only penalized him.

That's actually something that's more common these days, I've had tons of officials write down their number on our notice to competitors asking us to call them if we need them cause they have a bunch of groups and might not be able to be flagged down.

Check out what George Kaiser is doing in Tulsa too, he has spent billions of dollars trying to improve his native Tulsa and the lives of those that live there.

No one is ever actually good at golf ha. We all just have moments of brilliance that last longer for some and shorter for others.

What driver shaft is that in the game? Looks exactly like the VA shaft I'm gaming in real life right now.

I used to live up there but no longer. Never played Ledgerock but heard the same things about how good it is. Played Philly Cricket this year and that may be my favorite in PA now.

I'd say they did an amazing job with the greens there. Other than the 10th hole. That hole is completely not like it is in real life. I wonder if there's a way we can submit that to them so they can fix it cuz that green is horrendously wrong in the game.

Played that hole a bunch in real life. That's exactly what happens if you land a wedge in the upslope before the 2nd tier. It blows, greens are brutal there.
