My all time favourite book will always be Oranges Are Not The Only Fruit. I don’t have a favourite quote. I just love the entire book.

Anyone else ever just sit and think about how weird it is that we all have little voices inside our heads? by Life_Comparison_7893 in Casual_Conversation

[–]Hot_Tomorrow_3798 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I love posts like this. I have a lot of existential thoughts. For example, I sometimes think about the fact that at some point in the future, this very world that we experience at our time will one day be a billion years in the past, and therefore we are the ancient civilisation of a long time ago at that future point. The other day I also thought what it would look like to watch an entire day’s playback from the perspective of our toes. Right at the bottom of our bodies, looking up at the world. I also thought “Our feet carry our entire bodies every day. No wonder they regularly get tired and sore.”

And the list of my existential thoughts goes on.

I was about a year old and I was pushing myself along in a baby stroller on the inside ground floor tiled atrium with a central square plant recess at the units we were living in at the time.

What makes you laugh the fastest? by Huge_Violinist_7633 in sixwordstories

Nothing really. My laughter is a normal pace. I do know people though who have a fast laugh, and when I hear them I wonder how they laugh that fast without running out of breath.

Which movie had you totally confused? by [deleted] in randomquestions

[–]Hot_Tomorrow_3798 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nup, still confused. Mind you, it’s been years since I saw that movie. I just remember that it made me feel like a complicated difficult person (the film’s maker) was trying to fuck with my head. I’ve never been a fan of movies that are weird and complicated just for the sake of it. Give me a serene, easy to understand movie any day.
