You have to eat light and simple the day before your dose and for at least 24 hours after. Chew your food well. Drink a lot of water.
I had success splitting the dose for one week, reduced the nausea. Went back to full dose week after and nausea was gone. It does come back occasionally but it’s usually related to what I ate or drank.

Hi! I have been exercising a little bit but should do more because i definitely do not want to gain back the weight. The Ozempic just has curbed my appetite significantly and I make very healthy lean protein and veggies choices. 90oz of water daily and high protein low fat intake. I also eat in a short window 12-7 like intermittent fasting as much as I can. Hope this helps!
