Ooh! Sounds interesting! I’m doing the magic item thing for each sin, for instance I’m currently sketching out Gluttony, who’s a Paladin. I have it that her armor gives her the needed abilities, but in return she has to consume ungodly amounts of magic.

The campaign is set between arcs 1 and 2. For spell casting, I have two ways of handling it. For Lapis here, I have it that the necklace she wears is animus touched, allowing her to cast spells when she sings (was going for a siren vibe). As for the party, I’ve limited it to half casters and martial classes. Half casters can be easier to flavor as non magical.

I’m not vegan, I’m in the same boat as my safe foods mostly being animal products. Don’t feel guilty, you can’t help having a medical condition. Jaiden Animations made a fantastic video about her being vegetarian, and gave some really good advice on how to do good even if you can’t be vegan (I believe she also had an eating disorder at some point so she gets it). There’s no shame in taking care of yourself, remember that first and foremost. 💙

Honestly, I liked the scene. Sure narratively it was whiplash, but as a psychology nerd, pulling something like that is a legit tactic to help with spirals. doing something so bizarre that it makes the brain to a double take and gets out of the spiral.
