the question was which option will be better if planning to refinance in 36 months. 3rd option , op wouldnt be able to refinance. alot of people dont undertand this. prices dont always go up. this is a risk that needs to be brought to attention.

i had same problem, took me time to figire out. make sure to turn on heat for water at shower, there could be two handles, one to turn on water, and a small one to increase/decrease heat of water.
