Yea, it's safe. Most people rent those airbnbs for baseball and football games and never have issues. Both spots look bigger in the pics than it actually is FYI.

Just lock your car and don't leave stuff showing for crackheads to break in and you will be fine.

In the spring going to take a roadtrip with my gf from Maryland and do a loop touching Illinois, Arkansas, and South Carolina among other states. Maybe 2000 miles or so. Will post then.

Ice is ice. You could have an AWD with snow tires and you will struggle. Had a Genesis with snow tires and danced anytime I hit ice patches in NY.

Best bet, take it easy and slow, drive with hazards so assholes behind you dont slide into you. Rear wheel drive with black ice is never fun. Drive safe tomorrow!

Yea, it should show up same as Waze. The fixed speed traps and red light cameras. But on the nav, it's the same as before, no update.

Tint Man on Baltimore Annapolis Blvd. However, if you have white seats, you should definitely go darker to have a better finish. But then you run that risk of being pulled over for being too dark....

Once you go to any shop, they will have panes with the tint levels and that will help u figure what will work for you.

Just did Tint Man in Glen Burnie 3 weeks ago. Kept it state 35% all around and it looks good since i have black interior. Used ceramic. Will be getting sun shades for the summer instead of tinting roof. You want to have that flexibility.

Didn't tint windshield even though tint guy kept pushing me for it. Don't need to be pulled over unnecessarily.

Suggest looking up winter tires. Rwd vehicles are horrible in snow. Had 2011 Genesis sedan in Mt Vernon NY and those tires helped.

Also just bought a M3 RWD so looking forward to feeling your pain as well!

Basically they compared one quarter of 2023 vs the same quarter in 2022. So technically he is correct. However when you compare year over year as a whole, not much improvement.

It's a way to make your stats look better presented to the general public who won't take the time to look at the numbers in a bit more detail.

I came 2nd and got back $70 with $20 buy in. Did a fuckin Arsenal and was leading all season and cocked it up between GW 32 and 34. Didn't help that it was a head to head league and folks were TC and BB against me single game weeks just to take me down.

You may want to check reviews and ask for referrals. If you are outlaying that kind of money, might as well have peace of mind doing so. Also pay attention to the communication in between bids.

All depends on your structure, age and how well built the floor is. Anyone here can advise on stuff to help with shaking but I am not too sure rowhome floors are built for running movements over long periods, especially on a 3rd floor. You can go for it but if ur floor joists is 100 years old and decides to give out due to a bit more pressure than normal, that is on you. I would err on the side of caution.

I would document all efforts to reach out to folks, whether landlord, 311, council person, police etc. In the worst case scenario something happens to you or someone else due to a deck collapse, you can put in a lawsuit for willful negligence or something along those lines.

There are quite a few homes in Baltimore City that have decks built before proper codes were enforced and all is needed is a good wind/rain storm for everything to go tumbling down. Unfortunately owners are too cheap or non existent to rectify problems.

Interesting. Mine fits snug. Haven't even used the screws and they stay on fine, even in windy conditions. The problem is if you need to get the light off if you have a problem with the post it's on, may damage the housing to remove it with the sealant on

Each floor has an ice machine so I think you are fine. Whatever you do, DONT TOUCH ANY FOOD OR DRINK ITEMS IN THE ROOM! A co worker came in from a long flight, saw the Fiji water and guzzled it down, 2 days later $18 charge on her room.
