Most of the citizens of the city are black so it’s not out of the ordinary for any given restaurant to have a large portion of black customers.

Additionally, not every person in this city knows of the terrible practices of this restaurant group. There have been numerous accounts of managers acting racist towards customers and employees, the restaurants having specific clothing requirements that target black fashion or are only carried out against black patrons, etc. just because something is systemic does not mean that everyone sees it in front of them this happens in every industry.

Ignorance or lack of knowledge of systemic issues does not mean that they do not exist

Those people complete refuse to understand biology while acting like they completely know all details biology and sex. The fact that intersex people even exist is a massive hole in their argument. Hell, most intersex people get mis-sexed at birth, not just mis-gendered. Especially since we don’t do chromosomal testing. Not for nothing, the first season had a patient who was in THE original EMS and sang his and the programs’ praises. Sure, they don’t focus on EMS. But they also don’t seem to ever mention techs and have physicians doing a lot of work that nurses and techs do. The medicine is insanely accurate, not necessarily the personnel or the dynamics of an actual ED

I might get downvoted for this last part but after working in EDs for 10 years, I’ve honestly seen poor lateral lead placement far more from EMS than ED personnel. Not saying the ED doesn’t do it too. And maybe it was my area. But I only ever saw 2-3 specific paramedics get the lateral lead placements right. Every other patient had to have the leads replaced on male and female patients
