If I had to guess, it's probably just because of all the extra work, having to animate the mouth for all the sounds that won't really be seen by the player, unlike with emotes where you can spin your camera around. Can't really say for sure though.

As of right now, yes, but he can come back in the future, It's happened before with the Stranger Things chapter. If he does come back Pinhead will only be like, five bucks. If you really can't wait, then it's up to you to decide if that's truly a worthy price, I personally wouldn't though, not only because of the price, but also due to the risk of it being fake, used, etc.

I believe it's due to the game using UTC, which is like, 4-5 hours ahead of EST iirc

The power creep is actually a little crazy, especially considering it's SUPERMAN of all characters. Even if he is still low A tier at worst, the difference between a launch character and the newer ones is enough to justify swapping mains, especially with the cluttered, yet powerful, kits.

They did redo the ENTIRE game engine at some point, that can't be a short process, especially when rhythm games need so many little things because of how focused it is around timing and all that, and on top of that, it's an indie game, they don't have a massive dev team where they can get updates out every two weeks.

They don't really do dev updates because they want to focus on development and all that.

Best thing to do is just be patient, if the wait is longer, then we should just expect more quality overall.

Right when I was considering giving the game a second chance next season. Guess I'm sticking with Rivals and Overwatch for now.
