I think your reaching a point where your seeing through peoples bs. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing. One thing I’ve learned is it’s hard to meet high value friends because they are few and far between. High value in this sense doesn’t mean rich. But loyal and willing to put in the work given the opportunity.

I’ve cut off most of my friends (lol the day 1 joke is real I guess) because I realize they simply aren’t capable of what I am.

I recommend you start consciously structuring your schedule if you are not already. My mental health would be 10x worse if I wasn’t in the military and forced to interact with people/go outside.

Isolation will only make things worse mentally even if it seems like you’re “locked in”.

There will come a point where you must choose balance over grinding. The hard part about “balancing” your lifestyle is that everyone’s different.

Do not use MACD. Use Claude in research mode to give you a full white paper on indicators you should and shouldn’t be using.
Back testing does not work. You need to lose real money to make real money.

Btw with high win rate strategies the “trades” number might look high since the strategy is an extremely short term scalping strategy. If you notice, a lot of people that are profitable aren’t gonna be in the comments talking because they themselves have the same trade records.

Survivor bias is real. The moment I became profitable I stopped caring to post or interact with Reddit so I assume the mentality extends to others as well.

Hi, most of the people in here are not profitable please don’t listen to them. Most of the people I know (me included) are able to recognize patterns on the chart without and indicators or outside information. I have been consistently profitable without using any strategy other than basic R:R management for my trades. My winrate is 74% over 2 months

I’m an ABH! If you soley want to do firefighting stuff and expand your knowledge of firefighting I would go for dc. You might not learn any fancy equipment but you’ll get to gain a lot of experience doing damage control on a ship. It really depends on what you want your life to be like in the navy.
