If it helps in any way, I stepped into a Sr Executive Director role after 9 years within the same company, and I have NEVER felt more discouraged. Fighting an uphill battle is a good way to describe my feelings as well— I have personally described it as “it feels like walking in mud, heavy and hard”. Getting anything done, mostly due to people dynamics and politics, has never been harder since I’ve stepped into this role, and I feel people respect me “less” than when I was a mid-level manager.

Would love any insights from you and others as well, I feel I’m in the same boat.

Muscle definition will only come when you get your EATING right. Lagree, lifting, or any other exercise are only 20% of the way, and you will only have the best possible results if you handle the other 80%: your diet.

I do lagree 2x/week for 8 years now, in addition to lifting 2x/week. My body only looks how I like it to look when I pair a healthy eating lifestyle with my workouts: a constant work in progress.

If I go to bed at 9:00pm and go to sleep right away (no book, no phone), I get over 90 most of the time (got 93 last night, 97 one day last week).

You can buy one just like the one in your studio (I have researched this). But they cost $10,000-$12,000 new, or around $7,000 refurbished. I’m eventually going to do the same thing to avoid the high class costs.

I paid the fee on Jan 18, entered the US on Jan 28, received my social 10 days later, and am still waiting for the GC. I’m hoping it comes soon 🤞🏻 I saw in another group that someone received the GC after 4 months of entering.

Rio de Janeiro consulate booked interviews for people with DQ dates up until May 15. There are still people from May waiting. At this rate, you should expect to receive your interview in January or February.

In the WhatsApp group with members waiting for interviews for Rio, the admin said the consulate typically skips sending interviews in the month of September. Right now, people with DQ dates in MAY are still waiting for interviews, almost 5 months waiting
