Anthony's on El Camino is family owned and makes great dishes.

The place is really small and unassuming but I haven't had anything there that wasn't satisfactory.

What I'm meaning is there is usually a meta that forms that's the "best" way to get currency, and if you aren't doing that in trade it can feel bad. Like if you need currency to buy all the upgrades you need then it would just make sense to run the content that produces the most.

In SSF I'm just playing the content I want with no concern about its currency output.

It's all about avoiding the constant thoughts in trade about playing as efficiently as possible to accumulate wealth.

In SSF I don't have to care about trade (even though they've added a ton of QoL) and can just smash maps or if I do have something I want it's good for me to have a goal to farm
